Golden Land Surveying, PLLC

Golden Land Surveying was established in 2014 and is an Oklahoma-owned and operated company, with over 20 years of combined experience in land surveying practices. We currently hold professional licenses and registration to perform land surveys in Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Arizona, Missouri and Texas. Our staff utilizes the most current technology in the field and office to produce accurate surveys in the most time and cost-efficient way for our clients in both private and public sectors.

Our Leadership Team

Troy Dee, PLS - Owner

Troy is a graduate of Oklahoma State University. He has over 17 years of experience in land surveying and is licensed in multiple states including Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, and Texas. He has worked on small and large-scale public and private projects, spanning across the Southern part of the country. Troy has spent most of his career working with engineers and developers on both residential and commercial projects, as well as energy projects. He values the relationships he makes with past and present clients to see their projects come to completion. Troy enjoys attending OSU football games with his wife Jessica and their two children.

Chris Shipman – Vice President

Chris obtained an associate's Degree in Land Surveying from Oklahoma State University-OKC and has over 15 years of experience in land surveying. He works closely with clients on-site and oversees the functions of the field staff. His responsibilities include boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS commercial surveys, construction staking, and utilizing RTK GPS and Robotic surveying equipment. Chris is an offroad enthusiast and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.

Corey Timmons – Project Manager

As Project Manager, Corey oversees the coordination of multiple survey crews and day-to-day team operations. He is a surveyor with more than 20 years of experience in the field of surveying, and he’s spent much of his career working with both public and private clients on transportation and highway projects, residential and commercial developments, and municipal infrastructure projects. His technical experience includes utilizing geospatial equipment, 3D mapping software, and data acquisition from remote sensing technologies. He also served his local community as a volunteer and full-time firefighter/EMT for over 10 years and actively sits on the Board of Trustees for Cedar Valley, OK.

Clinton Alonzo - Surveyor

After studying at Oklahoma State University (OSU) - Oklahoma City for two years Clinton began his career in Land Surveying. Now with over 13 years of experience he has been relocated to Austin, Texas where he oversees Golden Land Surveying’s Texas operations. He is responsible for all field work for boundary, topographic, ALTA surveys as well as construction staking projects. He is dedicated to forming meaningful connections with our Texas clientele. Clinton has an outgoing personality and a strong growth mindset. In his free time he is passionate about positivity and health; body building; and has competed in several NPC competitions.
